You may donate by automatic bank debit using the Printable Gift Form (PDF). Download and send the completed form to us along with a void cheque.

Payroll Deductions (For UBC Faculty and Staff Only)

If you are a UBC Faculty / Staff member and would like to donate monthly by payroll deduction, please download and mail or fax to us the completed Printable Gift Form (PDF).

Note: Monthly donors receive one tax receipt each year, mailed in January.
