The Summer Student Practitioners Program, which is supported by the BC Dental Association, gives third-year students in the Faculty of Dentistry the opportunity to visit and practice in rural areas of British Columbia. Through this program, dental students experience what it’s like to practice in a small town, opening their minds to the idea of establishing their dental practice in an underserved area of the province.
