As a Canadian leader in the studies of food sciences and nutrition, the Food, Nutrition and Health Program (FNH) plays an important role in ensuring the food quality, sustainability and safety of our food production and systems. Using the latest in education and research technologies, students learn about Nutritional Sciences, Food Science, Dietetics and Food Market Analysis.
The Food, Nutrition and Health Program has created educational opportunities for students that integrate food science product development with a core understanding of the impacts on nutrition, dietetics and health. FNH is the most popular undergraduate program in the faculty.
The Program provides an opportunity for people who care about food, nutrition and health to support fundamental research and infrastructure needs of the program.
Naming and recognition opportunities are available for research and laboratory spaces which support all areas of this program.
